In Her, I am her(e), I present a circular notion of time, history, repetition and resemblance by using clay as a central component of ancestral exchange. As I piece together the clay, combining it at times with photography that has been transferred to fabric and at times to the clay itself, I grapple with the tensions between connection and disconnection of generational recovery.
